I graduated from Birmingham School of Speech and Drama with a BA (Hons) in acting and have been working as a professional actress since; appearing in numerous theatre productions as well as a variety of short films. Theatre credits range from classical Shakespeare to modern comedies.

I have done a feature film, several shorts and a commercial, music videos and most recently a commercial for Danone. I would love to develop my career further in Film and in Television. I have done a number of thoroughly enjoyable touring productions including a tour of the UK performing in Love's Labour's Lost and most recently a tour of the south of France performing 2 plays written and directed by Philip Ayckbourn.

When not performing, I regularly do role play work and have attended several workshop days to keep my skills up to scratch. I find this an interesting and varied outlet for my acting talent. The majority of recent work has been medical related but I am seeing increasing demand for corporate role play work.

I take my acting very seriously and take every opportunity to attend workshops in order to continually develop and broaden my skill set. In addition to pure acting, I enjoy singing (Soprano) and have been trained both classically and in musical theatre. I have sung in many choirs, most recently the Merbecke Choir at Southwark Cathedral. I can read music and have arranged my own vocal and musical scores. I play the violin (grade 8) and piano (grade 5). I have danced since a young age and regularly attend a variety of classes at Pineapple dance studios in Covent Garden.

I have also done quite a bit of work teaching performing arts to children as well as a few educational school tours. Seeing children's confidence, imagination and co-ordination grow through drama, dance and singing proves how valuable it is in their education. Alongside my acting work I will always continue to work with children and young people.

I am regularly invited to perform at the Temenos Shakespeare Academy where 2 actors perform selected scenes to the academy's attendees. Most recently I played the role of Portia in The Merchant Of Venice and before that, Ophelia.
